Live Street Food Market @ Zaza Bazaar

Zaza Bazaar, I'll be back 💃🏽

Amazing to see that they’ve put in a lot of thought into completely refreshing their all-you-can-eat buffet concept into more of a... how can I best describe it... like a street food market that showcases different cuisines with live cooking stations!

They even have speciality created cocktails for each cooking station (the tequila one is honestly unreal, and I hate tequila) 🍹

You can genuinely see that every single chef they hire really love what they do and makes it even better that you can see them cook fresh ingredients right in front of you. Not to mention, all their staff are also super friendly and attentive when it comes to waiting tables and makes sure that you got everything you need 🥘

So instead of actually diving straight to the Chinese, Mexican, Indian, English, Italian, Dessert stations, grabbing whatever we want in those heated metal trays and going completely crazy - we decided we’re going to make the most out their the not-so-busy Wednesday evening, and go through every single one of their live cooking stations to make it more of a worth while experience 👨🏼‍🍳

Well... was it? Yes! We got to try so many different types of freshly cooked street food dishes that we’ve never even heard of before! The chefs are all born and bred from their specialty stations and you can personalise it to your own taste preferences! PLENTY of vegan options too 🌱

Never thought I'd say this, but I'll definitely go back (to try the food I haven't managed to try...) and I definitely recommend the revamped Zaza Bazaar! A great place to go if you want to eat endless options of good food, drink really delicious cocktails, and experience different types of authentic street food dishes 👍🏼
